Who We Are
The Child and Youth Refugee Research Coalition (CYRRC) is a nationwide alliance of academics, community partners and government agencies working to promote the successful integration of refugee children, youth and their families. Our members are committed to conducting rigorous research, promoting best practices and engaging in knowledge mobilization to further the social integration, education, mental and physical wellbeing of refugee children and youth in Canada. Our work is organized into four research clusters:
- Broader Economic, Social and Political Factors
- Language, Literacy and Learning
- Social Integration, Rights, Culture and Security
- Child, Youth, and Family Wellbeing
We offer funding to support research on refugee children, youth and families across Canada. For more information about project funding, please visit the Project Funding tab.
