Funding Opportunities

The Child and Youth Refugee Research Coalition (CYRRC) conducts research, promotes best practices, and engages in knowledge mobilization to improve settlement outcomes for refugee young people and their families. We offer grants for research partnership between academics and service provider organizations (SPOs). Between 2017 and 2021, CYRRC funded 68 research projects on social integration, economic outcomes, education, and the mental and physical wellbeing of refugee children, youth, and families in Canada.

All CYRRC collaborators and SPO partners (i.e., members who were part of CYRRC’s partnership grant application) are eligible to apply for funding. Associate members are not eligible to apply directly for CYRRC funds but may partner with a CYRRC collaborator to apply.
